An early 19th century Regency carved gilt wood and gilded oval wall mirror.

The oval mirror has a gadrooned shaped edge to the frame with petal shaped lower detail and a carved eagle standing on a ball above.

The eagle has it's wings open and the ball is standing on a semi circular plinth with a leaf decorated edge.

The mirror has a candle holder on either side, the sconces sweep around from the rear of the mirror and have gilt metal candle holders with cut glass drip trays that lift off.

The mirror plate is in good condition with some spotting from age.

The gilt wood frame is also in good condition and has had some minor restoration over time.

The candle sconce arms can be un-screwed from the back if needed. (Circa 1820)
