A middle of the 19th century rosewood cased mercurial stick barometer and thermometer.

The shaped solid rosewood frame and reservoir cover is in good original condition, the glass tube registering the barometric pressures on an engraved ivory scale.

The thermometer is fastened to the left hand side of the ivory panel and has it's scale engraved onto the ivory.

The barometer has a sliding scale which is used to register the pressure so that you can see any lowering or rising of the barometric pressure.

The barometer is in full working order and is in good original condition. (Circa 1860)
