A rare Victorian Stuart and Sons three layer cameo glass scent bottle.

Stuart and Sons patented "Medallion Cameo" in 1887 and referred to it a 'the latest in Art Production'.

The clear glass is overlaid with pink and white glass, the cameo of flowers is then cut into the pink and white glass while the clear glass is geometrically cut.

The bottle has a sterling silver screw top with hall marks for London, the year 1887 and the maker's mark for Sampson Mordan & Company.

The top has a fine screw thread and a cork inside that presses in place when tightened.

The perfume bottle is in good condition. (Circa 1887)
