A pair of mid 20th century Scottish sterling silver hall marked wine tasters or Quaich.

The Quaich are made from a good heavy quality gauge of silver.

The Quaich are circular with a slight rise in the centre, each with a pair of cast handles with Celtic designs of a dragon.

The Quaich have a set of five hall marks, the Scottish thistle, the lion rampant, the Glasgow mark, the date letter for 1947 and the maker's mark for H D Falconer & Son.

The silver tasters are in excellent condition.
