A late 19th century to early 20th century Japanese wall panel.
The panel is made from red and black lacquered wood with painted decoration. The black lacquered centre of the panel is inlaid with carved ivory and mother of pearl made into the shapes of chickens, birds, flowers and foliage.
The panel is in excellent original condition. (Circa 1900)
