A late 19th century to early 20th century French champleve enamel and onyx four glass mantel clock.

The clock has an eight day striking movement, the dial has a champleve enamel outer ring and centre with an enamel inner ring and blue numbers.

The case is gilded brass inlaid with champleve enamel with an onyx marble top and lower frieze, the glazed panels are bevelled and the door is bow fronted.

The eight day works strike the hour and half hour on a coiled gong.

The clock is in good working condition, the works have a 12 month guarantee by Robert Taylor & Son.
