Georgian Satinwood & Mahogany Box
An 18th century Georgian mahogany box.
The box has a hinged lid that is decorated with satinwood cross banding, the sides have a pair of mahogany panels that have box wood and ebony line inlay to the inner edge and satinwood cross banding.
The box has a fine pair of original gilt brass carrying handles, the lid has a working lock and key and the interior is lined with blue sugar paper.
The box is in very good original condition with a coupe of old marks to the lid.
