18th Century Chippendale Tea Caddy
An 18th century Georgian Chippendale mahogany tea caddy.
The caddy has chequered inlays and cross bandings, a gilt brass handle and keyhole escutcheons but no interior.
The caddy has an ebony mould where the lid closes and stands on ogee shaped bracket feet.
The caddy is in very good condition. (Circa 1770)
