Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Barograph

An early 20th century Edwardian barograph and thermometer in an inlaid mahogany case.

The barograph has a clock work revolving drum which holds a recording chart on which the fluctuations in barometric pressure are recorded.

The mahogany case has inlaid urns and fans and various box wood line inlays.

The lift off cover has line inlays to the mahogany and bevel edged glass.

The case has a slim drawer in the base to store new and used barometric pressure record charts.

The inside of the case has a retailer's label for W. Roberton Glasgow.

The barograph has been serviced so is in full working order and has a one year guarantee. (Circa 1910)
