A 19th century mahogany box of engineering rules and set square by Elliot Brothers.

The two rules and set square are stamped "Elliot Bros 449 Strand London".

The rules are made of box wood with scales to both sides and a square edge.

The mahogany box has a sliding panel top and is excellent quality and made so the instruments fit the interior exactly.

The box and rules are in very good condition with some minor marks from use. (Circa 1880)
