George IV Marble Top Pier Cabinet
An early 19th century George IV period rosewood pier cabinet.
The cabinet has a loose black and grey marble top and a glazed door.
The right hand opening door has a shaped inner edge surrounding the glazing and a working lock and key.
The interior has two adjustable shelves that have rosewood fronts.
The top edge of the cabinet under the marble top has a dental shaped carved moulding and carved honeysuckle corners.
The door is flanked by pilaster columns that have carved capitals.
A very good quality cabinet in good condition. (Circa 1830)
