Regency Rosewood Side Cabinet

An early 19th century Regency rosewood side cabinet.

The two door bow fronted cabinet stands on four carved paw feet.

The pair of doors have pleated silk covered centre panels with an ebony bead inner edge and a gilt brass bead where the doors meet.

The top has a low rosewood gallery back and is satinwood cross banded, satinwood is also used to decorate the panels either side of the doors.

The interior has two fitted shelves that have rosewood front edges and are covered with baize.
