Victorian Rosewood Stationery Cabinet
A Victorian rosewood veneered and box wood inlaid fall front stationery Cabinet.
The cabinet has a domed lid which lifts and the front falls forwards.
The front folds open again to reveal a writing surface and the interior is fitted with drawers, an inkwell, a not board and stationery compartments.
To the back of the interior is a leather covered portfolio folder and to the underside of the lid a leather pen and pencil holder.
The sides of the cabinet have a pair of battle-axe shaped carrying handles and the cabinet is in good condition. (Circa 1891-92)
