A pair of 19th century Chinese elm rose chairs.
The chairs are made from solid elm with a panel seat and square legs.
The back has five round spars inside a pair of uprights and a shaped top rail.
The chairs have stretchers between the legs and an inner frieze also between the legs.
To the back of both chairs is a painted Chinese signature.
The chairs are in good condition. (Circa 1860)
