Six Georgian Brass Inlaid Chairs

A set of six Georgian mahogany dining chairs.

The set comprises a pair of elbow chairs and four single chairs with square tapering legs and cross stretchers.

The elbow chairs have long swept arms with a reeded top edge that terminates in turned supports.

The chairs have brass inlay to the top back rails and a pair of reeded cross rails below the top rail.

The chairs have drop in pad seats with 20th century upholstery that is useable but could be re-upholstered.

The chairs are in very good condition. (Circa 1810)
