A Victorian walnut ottoman stool.
The ottoman has a hinged lid with a carved walnut frane edge and turned walnut flat bun feet.
The stool seat has an original floral needlework upholstered centre panel and slightly concave and tapering sides covered in a red coloured material and with cord corners and braid top and bottom.
The bottom edge has a moulded walnut bead above the feet.
The lid opens on Cope & Collinson self supporting hinges and has a lock and key.
The interior is lined with a pink coloured velvet material and the stool is in good condition. (Circa 1850)
