A 19th century Georgian style mahogany box with a single drawer.
The box is made out of period timbers with a hinged lid that has a moulded edge.
The drawer is mahogany lined and has a cock beaded edge and a brass swan neck handle.
The box stands on four bracket feet that have decorative thumb moulding above.
The chest is well made from old timbers and in good condition. (Circa 1880)
