A late 19th century Japanese 'Imari' porcelain charger.
The charger is decorated in blue, red and green with gold highlights, a central scene of flowers in a jardinière and the edges with fans, birds, butterflies and flowers.
The charger has a shaped edge with the remains of some gilding and the back of the plate has butterflies and flowers in blue.
The charger is in good condition with a small chip to the back edge of the rim. (Circa 1880)
