An early 19th century Regency rosewood veneered platform base supper table.
The table has a low frieze below the circular top with a 'Pea' moulded edge.
The platform base is raised on three turned and reeded bun feet with concealed casters underneath.
The table stalk is tapering and has a moulded decoration at it's base and a third of the way up the column.
The table top is held to the base by two brass pins and has a release catch which allows the top to tip.
The table is in good condition with the polish having been sympathetically restored, the top can be removed for transportation. (Circa 1825)
