An early 19th century pottery pastille burner in the shape of a cottage.
The burner has a lift off lid with two chimneys to act as vents for the aroma to escape.
The base comprises a cottage sitting on a mound which is lifted by four bun feet and the underside with six holes to vent the fumes.
The burner is in good condition, the underside does have a small chip. (Circa 1830)
