Pair of Victorian Staffordshire Sheep
A pair of early Victorian Staffordshire pottery sheep.
The sheep, a ram and a ewe, are standing on oval plinth bases with their backs against a tree.
The pair of sheep have hand painted faces and hooves with a gold line around the plinth base edge.
The figures are in original condition, though a branch is missing from the tree behind the ram. (Circa 1840)
