Pair of Victorian Scottish Portraits

A pair of 19th century Victorian Scottish portrait paintings.

The portraits are of Mr Andrew Currie and his wife Mrs Elizabeth Currie and are held in giltwood and gesso frames.

The portraits are positioned left and right with a view of a stone pillar behind and a country scene in the background.

The back of each portrait states their names, who they are and are Great Grandfather and Great Grandmother of William Leslie Christie of Lochdochart.

The paintings are in good condition, though the frames are missing some pieces of the gilt wood. (Circa 1870)
