Signed W L Wyllie Etching
A signed etching by William Lionel Wyllie (1851-1931) of Hungerford bridge on the Thames.
The scene shows Hungerford bridge in the foreground with Westminster bridge, Lambeth suspension bridge and to the right hand side Cleopatra's needle.
The river is busy with shipping and the bridge is being used by cars, pedestrians and trains to the right.
The etching is pencil signed 'W L Wyllie' to the bottom left.
The etching is held in a thin black frame and is in good condition with some discolouration to the edges. (Circa 1920)
