An unusual early 19th century Georgian "Pouring" rummer.
The bucket shaped bowl has a lip to the edge and a broad diamond cut band above a faceted decoration.
The glass has a short stem with a knop and a plain foot.
The lip of the pouring edge has small chips. (Circa 1820)
