Chinese Tek Sing Cargo Rice Bowl
An early 19th century Chinese porcelain rice bowl.
The bowl has a blue lotus pattern decoration to the inner and outer sides of the bowl.
The bowl was part of the Chinese trading junk Tek Sing (True Star) cargo which sank in 1822, the cargo was brought back to the surface in 2000.
The bowl and the rest of the cargo were auctioned at Nagels auction house in Stuttgart and has its sale label and a certificate.
The bowl is in very good condition. (Circa 1810)
