Japanese Satsuma Pottery Koro
A late 19th to early 20th century Japanese Meiji period Satsuma pottery koro and lid.
The koro has three shaped feet and is decorated with two main panels, one of Japanese deity and the other of women in Japanese attire.
The shoulders of the koro have a pair of gilded foo dogs and the lid is pierced.
The underside has a Japanese seal signature mark.
The koro is in good original condition. (Circa 1900)
