18th Century Georgian Silver Salts
A pair of George III sterling silver salts with blue glass liners.
The oval silver salts have a gadrooned and shaped edge, a pierced and engraved body and tall claw and ball legs and feet.
The salts have hall marks for London, the year 1768 and an indistinct maker's mark for Sandilands Drinkwater.
The salts are in good condition though one blue glass liner is an old replacement. (Circa 1768)
