Pair of Sheffield Plated Candlesticks

 

A pair of mid 19th century Sheffield plated candlesticks.

The candlesticks have a shaped circular base with a baluster shaped column and engraved scrolling decoration to the silver plate.

The loose candles sconces have a shaped edge with swags and flowers.

The candlesticks are in good condition with minor rubbing to the top edge of the sconces. (Circa 1840)
