Crystal & Silver Plate Biscuiteer
A late 19th to early 20th century Regency design oval cut crystal and silver plated 'Biscuiteer'.
The oval silver plated stand with a basket type handle has four shaped feet and is stamped underneath with the maker's mark, a cupid firing an arrow, the signature of 'John Grinsell & Sons of Birmingham' who were established in 1879.
The heavy quality cut crystal dish sits in the stand and has a silver plated rim with two hinged lids.
The cut crystal and stand are in good condition with a couple of marks to the silver plate. (Circa 1900)
