18th Century Chippendale Elbow Chair
A late 18th century Georgian mahogany Chippendale elbow chair.
The chair has a shaped top rail with a broad pierced centre splat and a drop in pad seat.
The shaped arms have a flat surface for the elbow rests and a concave support.
The square legs have a 'H' shaped cross stretcher with a cross rail between the back legs.
The drop in pad seat has a needlework upholstery that is not original.
The chair is in good condition. (Circa 1790)
