A late 18th century Georgian wood dome top trunk covered in pony skin.
The trunk is metal bound with metal drop handles, the interior has been 19th century re-lined with flowered paper and the lid has had the paper torn to show the maker's label.
The trunk has a metal hasp to lock but no key and the top of the lid has a brass plaque.
The cased is in a well used condition with signs of wear. (Circa 1790)
