18th Century Georgian Mahogany Bureau
A small 18th century Georgian mahogany bureau.
The bureau has original gilt brass rococo shaped handles and keyhole escutcheons.
The bureau has three graduated drawers with cock beaded edges, pine drawer linings and its original blue sugar paper.
The bureau flap when open has two rests, the interior has four drawers, a central door with a disguised interior drawer to the top edge and six pigeon holes.
The bureau stands on shaped bracket feet and is in good original condition with a working lock and key. (Circa 1790)
