19th Century Dutch Mahogany Bucket
A 19th century Dutch mahogany and satinwood bucket and brass liner.
The bucket has a turned base with three ball feet, a central support and a bucket top made from turned and stained spindles.
The top has a swing handle with a loose brass liner.
These have been described as peat, coal, oyster and wine buckets and can be used for all purposes, even a waste paper basket.
The bucket is in good condition, the brass liner has a small hole near the top edge.
