19th Century Skeleton Clock

A middle of the 19th century polished brass skeleton clock and glass dome.

The clock has an eight day fuzee movement with a passing strike on the hour and a retailer's name engraved on the front "D. Johnson Sheffield".

The clock stands on an oval marble base which is raised on a rosewood veneered plinth that has inlaid mother of pearl swans.

The plinth has four flat bun feet and an original glass dome that sits over the clock, the glass dome has a 15cm (6 inches) crack to the left hand side which is taped.

The clock is in excellent working condition and comes with a one year guarantee provided by Robert Taylor & Son
