Chinese Export Porcelain Tankard
A large 18th century Chinese export porcelain tankard.
The tankard is from the Qianlong period and has a scene of Chinese people at leisure on a terrace overlooking water.
The scene has a blue scrolling border with foliage and red scroll patterns around the handle and a blue panel detail to the rim.
The tankard has a small nick to the rim, the handle has a dragon's head and a red body and has been repaired with rivets top and bottom. (Circa 1750)
