A late 19th to early 20th century carved bone chess set and games box.
The folding games box is lacquered and chinoiserie decorated to the outer edge and has a chess or draughts board to the outside and backgammon to the interior.
The white and red painted carved bone chess pieces have turned decoration.
The games box has some old chips to the edges and the chess set some very minor nicks. (Circa 1900)
