Early 19th century Adjustable Wig Stand
An early 19th century Georgian turned mahogany (treen) adjustable wig stand.
The stand has a turned and moulded base that is part lead filled underneath with a turned stalk that has a locking nut.
The small circular top has a slim stalk underneath which can be adjusted in height by the release of the locking nut.
The stand is in very good working condition. (Circa 1825)
