Edwardian Oak Cased Barograph
An early 20th century Edwardian oak cased barograph by J Lizars Glasgow & London.
The barograph has a clock work barrel which holds a paper record chart and rotates slowly recording barometric pressure fluctuations.
The mechanical works have an oak and bevelled glass cover that lifts off.
The mechanism sits on an oak platform with a broad moulded edge and low feet.
The barograph is in good working condition, and comes with spare recording papers and ink.
