Edwardian Three Door Wardrobe

An early 20th century Edwardian inlaid mahogany three door wardrobe.

The main body of the wardrobe has a left hand door opening to three drawers and two loose shelves.

The centre and right hand doors open to a full length hanging space.

The centre door has a bevelled edge mirror while the two end doors have quarter veneered panels that are cross banded with satinwood and inlaid.

The wardrobe has a large pair of drawrs in the base that are mahogany lined, satinwood cross banded and have oval brass handles.

The wardrobe has tapering box wood strung pillars at each end with oval satinwood decorations above.

The overhanging cornice has a dental mould and the plinth base has shaped bracket feet.

The wardrobe is well made and very good quality with mahogany used throughout, even the back panels.

The wardrobe dismantles into four parts for transport. (Circa 1910)
