French Rosewood Table Clock

A 19th century French rosewood cased table clock.

The works have a seal mark for Japy Frères and is engraved along the bottom "Henry et Cie a' Paris".

The case is box wood strung and has marquetry inlay to the top, front and sides.

The case has a glazed inspection port in the top underneath the bronze carrying handle.

The dial is silverised, has black Roman numerals and is engraved underneath "Henry et Cie a' Paris".
