George IV Rosewood Games Table
An early 19th century George IV rosewood circular top games table.
The table has a rosewood and bird's eye maple inlaid chess, draughts or checkers top that is edge with box wood line inlay.
The platform base has three concave sides and is raised on flat turned and moulded rosewood feet.
The table stem is hexagonal and in two sections - a broader base with a moulded ring and a slimmer tapering hexagonal support above.
The table is in good condition and has had some minor sympathetic restoration. (Circa 1830)
