An early 20th century George V Philips British Empire 8" globe.
The globe is held in a carved brass arm on a turned and ebonised wood base.
The globe has the printed maker's label in the centre of the pacific ocean 'George Philip & Son Ltd 32 Fleet Street London'.
The globe is in fair condition with an old crack around where Japan is (possibly an earthquake!) (Circa 1930)
