A late 18th to early 19th century George III elm wood trunk.
The trunk has a hinged lid with wrought iron strap hinges, a moulded plinth and a square edge to the lid.
The base of the trunk is pine with a pine candle box inside to the left hand side.
The trunk has iron carrying handles and a lock and key but the lock does not work.
The elm trunk is a very good original colour and is in good condition. (Circa 1800)
