A fine late 18th century Georgian mahogany bow fronted dressing mirror.

The original oval mirror plate is held in a mahogany frame with a box wood edge and is supported between a pair of shaped arms with brass pins.

The dressing mirror base is beautifully quarter veneered with an oval fiddleback mahogany centre panel that is surrounded with box wood and ebony inlays and a crossbanded edge.

The base has three mahogany lined drawers with inlaid edges, two of the drawers have battleaxe handle pulls and one with a key pull.

The mirro stands on short bracket feet and has a working lock and key.

The mirror is in good original condition. (Circa 1790)
