A late 19th to early 20th century finely made amboyna veneered bijouterie table or vitrine.
The table stands on four splayed tapering square legs with a concave sided undershelf.
The table is box wood edged and has box wood line inlay as a decoration.
To the top of the legs is a panel of root wood which is also inlaid.
The table top hinges open to the display case which is glazed on four sides and has a red velvet base.
The bijouterie table is in very good condition made from excellent veneers and stands well, the display top has a working lock and key. (Circa 1900)
