A late 19th century Meiji period (1868-1912) Japanese Kutani porcelain teapot.
The teapot has a faux bamboo handle and is decorated with scenes of people in traditional Japanese dress, countryside, flowers and birds.
The teapot has a Kutani signature to the underside.
The teapot is in good condition. (Circa 1890)
