Japanese Meiji Period Satsuma Vase

An early 20th century Japanese Satsuma pottery vase mad in the Meiji period (1864-1911).

The vase has a hand painted scene of Japanese women in traditional dress standing in front of buildings with mount Fuji in the background.

The shoulders of the vase are decorated with a pair of figures holding a large ring and tassel.

The vase has a signature mark to the underside and is in good condition. (Circa 1910)
