Japanese Satsuma Pottery Vase
A late 19th to early 20th century Meiji period (1864-1912) Japanese Satsuma pottery vase.
The vase is decorated with hand painted scenes of Kannon and Rakan (Buddhist monks) and Japanese figures.
The shoulder of the vase is decorated with a pair of dragons and has a four character signature mark underneath.
The vase is in good condition with some rubbing of the gilt rim. (Circa 1900)
