A pair of early 20th century Japanese Satsuma pottery dishes from the Meiji period (1868 - 1912).

The dishes have a group of deity sitting in a forest glade painted in the centre and a painted gold rim.

The dishes are in very good condition and have a seal mark on the back. (Circa 1900)
