'Treen' Lignum Vitae Mortar & Pestle


A mid 19th century Victorian turned lignum vitae mortar & pestle.

The mortar is made from a nicely grained piece of lignum vitae and the pestle has a mushroom shaped handle.

The mortar & pestle in in very good original condition. (Circa 1860)

Pestle: Length 10cm (3.9 inches)
